Finca Luisa Pérez is rooted in the landscape of Tenerife’s quieter, protected east coast. The viila sits between the Atlantic and the volcanic mountain ridge and overlooks the dramatic Barranco de Hérguez — a protected natural monument.
A Restored Farm with Character and Quiet Comfort
Originally a working farm, the atmosphere remains rustic, quirky, and exploratory, with nooks, corners, and shaded spaces that invite discovery. The finca is surrounded by mature gardens, agricultural terraces, and wide open views. There are places here to sit quietly and places to gather, to wander and to pause. This is not a landscape to rush through. It’s one that gently asks you to slow down
Interspersed in the nature are a yoga studio, swimming pool, hot tub, wood-fired sauna, a small gym and a games room. Guests stay in split level residential suites.
These facilities support the experience without dominating it — always secondary to the feeling of being held by land rather than managed by a venue.
